Stayed in this property for 1 night and appreciated our choice. Stayed here with our pet and everything was lovely. Its location a short walk to Deal Seafront was magnificent.
Some of the staff were quite busy.

the room was spacious and very clean, big enough for myself my husband and three children (6, 2 and 9 months). The hotel staff were pleasent and helped out as much as they could when needed. This hotel is in a fantasic location right on the sea front and a stones throw from the high street. The hotel bar sold delicious meals at affordable prices. We will defiantly be booking in to stay here again

We stayed in a large family room, with a double bed and bunk beds. It was spacious and well supplied with coffee/tea, towels etc. Would definitely recommend this hotel, and will definitely want to stay there again should we go back to Deal.

Room 106 had a generous space, huge bed!, Comfortable bucket chairs, pleasant views along promenade and of the sea. It seem to epitomise the historic character of Deal, that is a very attractive place that retains its special character. As we sought a rather special evening meal, while the dinner menu looked alright, we decided to go to Dunkerleys that was worth while for us that particular evening. We liked the idea of a return visit some time and were also encouraged to visit the Shepherd Neame brewery and other establishments.
Bathroom was excellent, though a more conventional bath and shower would have suited us better. Old fashioned bath looked fine, but a bit impractical and must be difficult to clean around? External Georgian windows need looking after and careful restoration by specialists.

lovely location, pleasant staff, comfortable well equiped room in this hotel with character. Breakfast perfect.
There was no restaurant as advertised on their website and the bar food was mediocre.

Serene Stay with a Beautiful View
The staff were friendly. For a good dinner, consider heading to nearby eateries as the hotel's dining option was limited . Don't miss the sunrise from the balcony!
